Very hard to get a hold of

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company paid extra money to have my test results within 2 days after they received it, it's been eight or nine days now past that point and I have reached out to them countless times and they refuse to reach back to me. Edit: they actually sent my test results a week prior went in my spam however their communication is still terrible they will not reply to any messages you have to call them which cost me $40 to call them internationally. People are nice on the phone once you get a hold of them.

Great shopping experience, bad shipping/delivery

On the one hand, I'm wary of HS bc I placed an order on 18/11/17 which was confirmed shipped on 20/11/17, so the question remains: where is it? I can only hope that I didn't just throw money down the drain. On the other hand, this singular incident is atypical of the HS team as past orders have always been prompt. In all, great shopping experience but careless shipping and delivery.

Unhappy

Not to be trusted!!! This company took payment for next day delivery option knowing that they wouldn’t be able to deliver. Normally with other companies the option wouldn’t be available on the site if it wasn’t a possibility, it would be removed. This isn’t the first negative experience that I have had with this company, and based on the email that they sent to me it seems a lot of other customer had to go through the hassle of asking for the order to be cancelled. Not a good company at all.

no response to lost shipment

I received notification that my package was delivered to a person on a july 5th at 1:58pm and I didn't receive the product. Someone else obviously signed for it without looking to see who it was addressed to and now they have my package. I contacted the company to find out how to proceed and I received 1 response asking if I received the shipment to which I replied that I had not. NEver heard back. It's been over a week so I sent out a 2nd email to them and still have not heard back. At this point it seems they don't care that I did not receive my product and yet they took my money!!!!

my sticky purchase of manuka honey

Received well packaged 4 jars of Pure Gold 12+ Manuka Honey in 2-3 days. On undoing a jar I thought I would try it for taste, but noticed that the taste was a bit different to what I had been used to (been buying Manuka for years) so I looked at the details on the jar. Had been on another website and was told that the way to recognise true certified 100% manuka honey, the jar should show not only the very tiny letter R encircled in a ring , but also the letters UMF (unique manuka factor) to prove its authenticity. I noticed it had the small circled R but Not the UMF symbol. I then read that this honey was a blended honey and not 100% UMF. I COULD DEFINITELY TASTE A DIFFERENCE. I do not think this honey is as effective and would urge people to look for the above mentioned symbols when purchasing this honey on line.

how could give another rating if I have not received my stuff.

I made my order on the 13th November, I received no communication with a deadline espectável. I can not find this information on the site. I am so unhappy as it is logical. if they ask me to give a rate. so my rate is bad.

Dear Jorge, I have just checked out the status of your order which is stating the order was delivered on the 21st. The order was shipped from our warehouse on the 13th so it appears to have taken 6 working days in transit. International deliveries usually take around 3 to 7 working days to arrive, depending there are no problems with custom checks, address issues etc.

Good service but frustrsting this time

Very good service so far on ordering all my Lamberts vitamins but frustratingly the lamberts vitamin C I wanted was out of stock when I ordered and requested to be informed when it came back in stock. The next day it was back in stock and all lamberts products were on 10% offer. The postal charge to Sweden is too much for me to just order the vitamin C I'd have liked. Even so, ordering from here is simple and easy and delivery to Sweden is fast.

Asked to refund 5 weeks in a row for shipment that was never sent out and they just say we will refund you and dont do it. Scamers as liers. Do not shop there if you want to get something for your money

Everything great , but a pity about the spanish marjoram.

I 0rdered essential oils recently and was delighted when I received my order within two days of when they were dispatched , I will be placing an order with you again.However I have a complaint which I would like you to take note of, I ordered two bottles of sweet marjoram and you sent me one sweet marjoram and one spanish marjoram, I do not use spanish marjoram so this is a waste for me. When I place an order with you again , if you dont have what I ordered ,please dont replace it with something else. Yours Sincerely

Get well, stay well, go Healthstuff

I ordered my Biostarath tablets on line from Healthstuff, because it cost me two thirds of the price from the Asutralian supplier. It is not an australian product, so I do not mind buying it from overseas if it is going to be considerably cheaper. I used Paypal, which is secure, and goes directly from my bank account so there is no surprise on the credit card. The order came by secured (sign for ) post within 14 days, which is pretty good, all the way from the UK.

I wouldn't bother with going into town shopping when there are excellent companies like Healthstuff which you can access so easily on the web. The website is easily accessible. It is so slick to use and complete your order - they keep you up to date with progress - not just once, the progress is continues until dispatch of the goods and these arrive well parcelled and in good condition. Quick and Easy!

This was my first experience of using Healthstuff. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was very quick as the package arrived the following day. The jury is still out on the item ordered but I cannot fault the service I received.

Impressive

I'm always a bit wary when ordering online from a company I haven't used or heard of before but the service from Healthstuff.co.uk was nothing short of outstanding. Efficient, friendly, responsive and with an easy to use site, I would happily recommend them. Plus their prices were very good - which is what prompted me to try them in the first place.

I don't buy on the Internet all that often but when I do, I expect swift, safe and reliable service. I find all that in healthstuff.co.uk, so naturally enough I strongly recommend shopping on the site for anyone interested in health products.

Good but not conform to the announce picture

on the announce picture we can see a flacon of 100 tablets but we receved a flacon of 60 tablets ... and the price was the same ...

Sorry for this. The product had changed from a 100 pack size to a 60 pack size. The product was updated and marked at a 60 pack size but it looks like the photo wasn't updated. I will get this changed straight away

Great service

Great service. Delivered within a couple of days and the products are exactly as described and expected. DPD did a terrific job of delivering to my neighbour as I wasn't about to take it at the time. It's not just about your service HS, it's also about who you choose to use as your delivery agents and it pays to use the best. In these times of uncertainty, great job to you all guys! Angela
