Vitamin D (as D3 Cholecalciferol) - 25ug
Omega 3 Fatty Acids as rTG* - 2668mg
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) as rTG* - 1680mg
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) as rTG* - 560mg
Additional Omega 3 Fatty Acids as rTG* - 428mg
*Re-esterified Triglyceride

Ingredients:
Highly refined and concentrated Omega 3 Fish Oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel), Vitamin D (as D3 Cholecalciferol), Natural Mixed Berry/Orange Flavour, Anti-oxidant: Natural Mixed Tocopherols (soy), capsule Shell (gelatin, glycerin and purified water).

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, four (4) softgel capsules daily with meals, or as directed by your health care professional.

This was recommended by my ophthalmologist as I have dry eye. I also did my own research and know that the re-esterified triglyceride omegas are the best (yet hard to find). I've been using this product for 2.5 months and I'm happy. No aftertaste, no fishy smell. In terms of it helping with dry eye, I'm not sure, I think it helps a little, but haven't noticed a giant difference yet.

My eye doctor recommended that I take these OMEGA EYE supplemental for my eyes, I have a chronic dry eye condition, and they help with the lubrication of my eyes.
