Ingredients:
Each tablet contains 405mg of tri-magnesium dicitrate anhydrous, 63.5mg of soy bean dry extract (40% isoflavones), 35mg Hibiscus extract and 0.25mg essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Directions:
Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with food.
This product is not suitable for children.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not take this product if pregnant, breast feeding or taking hormonal contraception.
Can be used with HRT.
