After being diagnosed with a cholesterol level of 6.1 which then rose to 6.9 after I tried exercising without dietary changes, then reduced to 6.5 with vigorous exercise and dietary changes (all this over a six month period), I tried Red Yeast Rice for one month but this time employing both exercise and not particularly strict diet regime.
