Look no further if you are after the best Omega 3 supliment for adults. Beyond that it is also an environmentally friendly product with the highest levels of EPA & DHA - the important parts. I was pleases to read that the oils are taken from plentiful supplies of Mackrel and Anchovies too.
Tablets are large but very easy to swallow and have no fishy smell, taste or aftertaste.
Appear relatively expensive but one tablet has 3 or 4 times (about 10x in some cases) the levels of EPA+DHA than most others brands do in 2 tablets!
Makes my life more enjoyable, my depressions are gone and I believe Omega 3 is a good alternative together with less of the "heavy stuff".
