Ingredients:

This really works. I wanted to loose 3-4 kg after gaining some weight during lockdown. After a week of taking these capsules I've actually lost 2,5 kg. I combine it with a healthy diet and regular jogging.

Your tummy feels firmer and you do not feel Hungary, you go to the toilet more frequently but that shows you you are flushing out your system

i really found this product v good,now you would have to have a fairly good eating routine,i would suffer with my tummy when taking anything but this did'nt effect me at all.Ican def see an improvement in my stomach.I will be using it from now on.
