Bulking Agent (soybean oil, beeswax), Pure Fresh Royal Jelly Extract, Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerine, purified water)], Emulsifier (soy lecithin), Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol).
Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: One capsule daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
