Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methlcellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Glycerin), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Boron (Sodium Borate), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1. Directions: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Other: Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Suitable for vegetarians.
