Ingredients:
Purified water, Glucosamine Hydrochloride (product of crustaceans - (SALT FREE), Blackcurrant Concentrate, Apple Concentrate, Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, Chondroitin Sulphate (product of fish), Fructo Oligo-saccharides (FOS), Natural Colouring (Anthocyanins), Preservatives (Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

Directions:
Mix 1 tablespoon (15ml) to four parts water and take once a day.
Best served chilled. Shake well before use.
