Directions:
Pour fresh boiling water over bag. Brew for 5 to 10 minutes. Removal of bag if necessary. Sweeten to taste if desired.

Hi....please can you advise how often you can take this tea? I read that horsetail should be taken for 3 weeks and then have a break, before resuming. I am intending long term use if possible for its beneficial effect on bones and tissue.Thanks
