 Relaxation is a natural alternative to help you unwind & comfort the mind, body & soul. This blend is great if you feel panicky, have difficulty in sleeping or resting due to overactive thoughts.Ingredients: Citrus Tangerina (Tangerine) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Orange) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil, Salvia Sclarea (Clary) Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil, Litsea Cubeba Fruit Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Elettaria Cardamomum Seed Oil, Thuja Occidentalis Leaf Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Flower Oil, Ormenis Multicaulis Oil, Hay Oil. Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Farnesol, Limonene, Linalool. Uses: Relaxation is recommended for anyone feeling tense or anxious, or finding it difficult to let go. This blend relaxes the mind and elevates moods, it is great if you feel panicky, have difficulty in sleeping or resting due to overactive thoughts. For a relaxing bath, add to our bath dispersing oil and pour into the warm running water. To use as a massage oil, blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil then massage the feet & lower legs at the end of the day to promote warmth and soothe everyday stresses and strains. Alternatively if you have more time massage 1 tablespoon into your hair to ease tension and nourish the scalp. Aim to leave in the hair for at least half an hour, then wash out thoroughly with a mild shampoo.
