Please could you tell me what sort of tablets these are. I want ones that are like Nelsons, so they disolve quickly under the tongue, and not like Weleda, that take an age to disolve!
Thank You
Kind Regard

Ainsworths tablets are the flat type made with less sugarand disolve quite quickly.Although it is not necessary to disolve under the tongue they will be just as effective if chewed

Hello,
I've been recommended this product for jet lag. can you advise how to take the product - when, dosage, frequency, etc.
Thank you

Cocculus is mainly associated with the relief of travel sickness, and vertigo and I am not sure if it will have a positive effect with jet lag relief, but it is always worth a try and would cause no ill effect. I would suggest to suck 2 pills 2 hours before the flight and then 2 pills every 3 to 4 hours during the flight and 2 pills every 4 hours for 1 day after the flight
