BetterYou MagnesiumFlakes are a unique combination of 100% pure-source sub-terranean and marine magnesium chloride. Naturally evaporated, purified and condensed for optimal absorption.

BetterYou Magnesium Mind Bath Flakes are an effective way of replenishing the body with this essential mineral, promoting overall wellbeing, aiding skin health and naturally relieving tired and aching muscles.

Dosage:
750g of Magnesium Mind Flakes contains 90g magnesium.

Ingredients:
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus aurantium dulcis (sweet orange) peel extract, limonene, ocimum basilicum (basil) oil, linalool, citral.

Directions:

Bath

Add 250g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.

Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Footbath

Add 150g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.

Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
