Bio-Health Pure-Fil capsules are totally free from all additives, sugar lactose, gluten and yeast.

Ingredients per capsule:

Celery Seed BHP
Pure powdered seeds-450mg

Vegtable hydroxypropyl
methylcellulose (HPMC)
(approximately)-95mg

Directions:
1 capsule twice daily swallowed with water.

Other:
Do not take during pregnancy.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Today most use celery seed tablets or capsules as raw seeds must be screened for toxic residue from pesticides etc
