Valerian Root 400mg
A traditional herbal medicinal product used to aid sleep, based on traditional use only.
Ingredients:
Per tablet
Valerian root 400mg
(Valerian officinalis L.)
Directions:
Adults and Elderly: To aid sleep, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, swallowed with water, with an additional dose earlier in the evening if necessary.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Other:
Patients with known hypersensitivity to Valerian root should not use Good-Nite.
If symptoms persist or worsen after 4 weeks or adverse reactions not mentioned in the leaflet occur, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.
May cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machinery.
Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this product.
Do not take while pregnant or lactating.
Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years.
Do not take if you are already taking a medicine for sleep or anxiety.
