I've used bio kult for last 8 years. Really assists to maintain good gut flora. I also am careful about my diet. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, for the their fiber content. Avoid processed and refined foods, or too much carbs. Eat lots of good fats and proteins (meat, fish, eggs, dairy), plus prebiotic legumes.
