Lemon balm (Meliss officinalis) is a perennial herb from the mint family, also known as balm mint. Its delicate citrus flavours are her expertly balanced with liquorice root for a subtly sweet and naturally caffeine-free infusion.

Organic Lemon Balm (57%), Organic Rooibos, Organic Liquorice Root (15%), Organic Camomile.
Directions:
The Perfect Heath & Heather Brew:
Add one Heath & Heather teabag to 200ml of freshly boiled water, then simply infuse for 3-5 minutes before consuming.
To be consumed as part of a healthy diet, up to 4 cups per day.
Contains Liquorice: People suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
