4.5 to 6 litres of the red liquid of life are incessantly pumped through an adult’s veins. The red blood cells perform an important function. They transport oxygen to even the most remote locations in our body. To accomplish this, they depend on one particular substance: iron, a component of human blood. For women a regular intake of iron with the daily food is recommended durng menstruation, pregnancy and lactaction.
IronVITAL® F provides a fruity tasting supply of iron to individuals at special times of life, for example pregnant women and nursing mothers, for women with heavy menstruation, for vegetarians and vegans and for athletes and active people.
IronVITAL® F helps fulfil the daily requirement for iron and contains iron in bivalent form. This is absorbed readily by the human body: Especially when taken in combination with vitamin C (vitamin C increases iron absorption).
Iron, vitamin B2, 6, 12, niacin and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Iron, vitamin B6 and 12 contribute to normal formation of red blood cells.
Iron contributes to the formation of haemoglobin as well as to normal oxygen transport in the body. Iron has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients:
Fruit juice from concentrate: cherry, beetroot (20%), apple (19%), water, extract from: rosehip, chamomile, lemon balm, quack grass root, horsetail; fructose, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ferrous gluconate (iron), thickening agents: guar seed flour, carob seed flour, pectin; natural flavours, nicotinamide (niacin), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Directions:
Adults: 10ml 1-2 times daily.
Children (4-12years): 5ml 1-2 times daily.
Take roughly 1 hour before meals to prevent the absorption of the iron from being affected by other foods.
