Yes, it is too soon to say if these capsules are so good as they should be... apparently bacteria start dying as soon as they leave the factory and the capsules must be kept under 20 ºC... so, it is only in a few weeks when I could say something about the efficacy of this Lamberts product...

Lamberts has developed some of the best natural supplements on the market. Acidophilus Extra 10 is a very good example of this.
