 Chromium Complex is a one-a-day formula that provides relevant levels of those nutrients required to help maintain normal blood sugar (glucose) levels, Including a full 200µg of the trace mineral chromium. This is an essential nutrient that is depleted from foods by processing and refining and diets low in whole grain cereals may provide inadequate levels of this essential trace mineral. Chromium helps the body to use insulin and is therefore involved in the processes that maintain normal blood glucose levels. Nutritional Information: (Typically per tablet): Vitamin C - 100mg, Thiamin - 5mg, Niacin - 5mg, Vitamin B6 - 5mg, Magnesium - 300mg, Zinc - 15mg, Copper - 500ug, GTF Chromium 200ug. Ingredients: Magnesium Oxide, Cellulose, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Citrate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Glycerin), Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCI), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Copper Gluconate, Chromium Picolinate. Directions: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Other: Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
