Each tablet provides 467mg of of glucosamine sulphate (equivalent to 619mg glucosamine sulphate 2KCl)
and Chondroitin Sulphate 110mg
We choose to use the sulphate form of glucosamine and chondroitin because this is the material used in scientific studies.
This product does not contain sodium or salt (NaCl).

Ingredients:
Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl (from shellfish), Modified Starch, Chondroitin Sulphate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Stearic Acid.
Directions:
Take 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
CAUTION: Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
