This is without a doubt the BEST product for fish oil on the market the improvement in my body's workings has been awesome and I intend to never be without it...

Lamberts is supposed to be the best quality and has high EPA and DHA levels so it's worth it. It comes recommended by several professionals. They don't seem to sell it in any shops I've come across in the UK so I was very pleased to find it here. Great for the skin and I've read fish oil can kill sugar cravings. It's actually not bad in terms of price either.
