 Extra High Strength B vitamin ComplexLamberts Vitamin B-100 Complex is a high strength product that is useful in situations where someone requires a fast improvement in their intake of B vitamins due to a very high requirement or because their diet has been very deficient. In most situations this product should be used for short term supplementation, typically two months, after which time our B-50 complex will provide adequate levels of the B vitamins. Nutritional Information: Typically per tablet: Thiamin (Vitamin B1) - 100mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - 100mg, Niacin (as Nicotinamide) - 100mg, Vitamin B6 - 100mg, Folic Acid - 100µg, Vitamin B12 - 100µg, Biotin - 0.1mg, Pantothenic Acid - 100mg, Choline - 100mg, Inositol - 100mg, PABA - 30mg. Ingredients: Cellulose, Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Riboflavin, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, DiCalcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Para Aminobenzoic Acid, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Acacia, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Biotin. Directions: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Other: Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding. Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Suitable for vegetarians, free from yeast and wheat.
