 Modern methods of farming and food processing mean that some important trace nutrients may not always be present in adequate amounts in the food we eat. These capsules contain a high level of Chromium, a trace element which is involved in normal glucose and fat metabolism. Chromium is an important component of Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) in insulin.Nutrition information: (Typically per capsule): Chromium Picolinate 1.6mg Of which: Elemental Trivalent Chromium 200µg Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Gelatine, Magnesium Stearate, Chromium Picolinate. Directions: As a supplement, take one capsule daily preferably with a little liquid. Other: Contains no added sugar, salt, starch, lactose, gluten, live yeasts, synthetic flavours, artificial colours or preservatives.
