Have taken other Minami omega 3, but this one has a kick to it and has got me regenerated. This happened 2 years ago when I first took it and was a little nervous of my hyperactivity, but I've decided that it's a better feeling than sluggishness. Have now taken it again for around a month and have achieved more than in the past year. May need a rest in between to come down and give everyone some peace!!Thoroughly recommend if you need an up!
