It is just perfect it warms you body so that you forget about the pain and then the pain gets more bearable and just wonderful. My parents have the cold one too and that is brilliant for them. So much better then other muscle massage items, really works.
This is wonderful and very smoothing when you have put your muscle through a workout doing chores or gardening. As it works so fast and the pain and stiffness just get overpowered by the heat and strength of this gel. Would recommend to all active people.
This item is just fab, great after heavy lifting of fence panels and any type of more physical work. Sorts all your muscles out and you feel more like your self after it has warmed all your muscles up.
