Bio-Magnesium contains 200mg of magnesium in three highly bio-available forms: acetate, hydroxide and carbonte. A unique, pharmaceutical quality product designed specifically for optimum bio-availability.

May help to maintain healthy bones and teeth, cardiovascular and nervous systems and muscle function. Assists in the absorption of other nutrients.

Ingredients:
Magnesium carbonate, Magnesium hydroxide, Magnesium Acetate, Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose, Anti caking agent: Dicalcium Phosphate, Glazing agent: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Anti caking agent: Magnesium stearate, Firming agent: Silicon dioxide.

Directions:
1-2 tablets per day, or as directed by a physician.

Other:
To be taken after food.
Suitable for vegetarians.

I have been taking the Bio-Magnezium for years. I really believe it has great absorption ability and great impact on overall health, like heart and muscle function.
