Ingredients:
Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri) leaf powder from Brazil, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
Directions:
Take 3 capsules per day before food.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dosage.
Drink plenty of fresh, filtered water (2 litres daily) when taking this product.
Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
