Totally worth it, a friend told me about this weight management tablets and I must say it was an amazing purchase. Only couple of days after I started taking I can already notice the difference.

Been taking this product just over a month and think it's excellent. I have been using formoline mostly with my evening meal as it tends to have a higher fat content. At lunch time I've been trying to eat salads so don't think I really need to take it.
