 Plus Vitamins A C E, one-a-day formulaSelenium acts as an antioxidant, which are substances that help our bodies to destroy or quench harmful free radicals that are produced quite naturally in the human body and which, if allowed to proceed unchecked, can harm tissues and organs. Lamberts has selected the organic Seleno-L-Methionine form of selenium because of its superior absorption. Each tablet contains 200ug of selenium which is twice the level found in most products combined with significant levels of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. One-a-day formula. Nutritional Information: (Typically per tablet): Vitamin A - 400ug, Vitamin E - 24mg, Vitamin C - 80mg, Selenium - 200ug (as Seleno L-Methionine). Ingredients: DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), L-Selenomethionine, Vitamin E (dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Vitamin A Acetate, Magnesium Stearate. Directions: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Other: Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
