Bacterial Culture (providing Lactobacillus acidophilus La5, Bifidobacterium Bb12, Streptococcus thermphilus STY31 and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus LBY 27), Dextrose, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Colour: Titanium Dioxide). Directions: Take two capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. Take with a glass of milk, water or with a meal.
