Pau D'Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) Also know as Lapacho, is a huge canopy tree native to the Brazilian rainforest. Nearly 100 species of Lapacho are known, but only a few of these produce the best quality bark for use in our tea.

Ingredients:
Shredded Pau d’Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa).
Directions:
Put 2 heaped teaspoons of shredded back into a saucepan with 2 cups of cold water.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and serve.
