A high strength, pure extract providing 95% Curcumins.

The key active constituent in turmeric is curcumin which is found within the root of the plant. Lamberts Turmeric extract is a high potency root extract standardised to provide 95% curcumins, which is the level generally used in studies. it can safely be taken alongside products such as glucosamine sulphate and fish oils as well as a Multi Vitamin and mineral product.

Nutritional Information:
(Typically per tablet):
Tumeric Spice - 20,000mg (as 500mg of turmeric root extract) providing 95% curcumins.

Ingredients:
Turmeric Root Extract, Calcium Carbonate, DiCalcium Phosphate, MicroCrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Colours: Iron Oxides & Titanium Dioxide), Hydroxypropyl Methycellulose, Crosslinked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. If necessary a second tablet can be taken with a subsequent meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.

Other:
Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
Suitable for vegetarians.

I have been taking the turmeric tablets for almost two years now as I was diagnosed with cancer and someone said it helps with breaking down the cells. I also have a lot of joint pain due to arthritis and really find relief with the turmeric. We generally use turmeric in our cooking daily but I think the health benefits are cooked off. Thank you for a great product

I haven't taken the Turmeric long enough to give a really comprehensive review of it as yet. But I do know that the curcumins in the Lambert's are 95% and you should never buy the product with any less than that. Ask me again in a month or two and I'll be better able to rate this product.

I've used this for few years. I find its helping with joint pains and as turmeric has many healing components, I believe it heals internally
