Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, TriCalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Cellulose, Zinc Gluconate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Iron (Ferrous Fumarate), Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Manganese Gluconate, Magnesium Stearate, L-Selenomethionine, Boron (sodium Borate), Copper Gluconate, Chromium Picolinate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate. Directions: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Other: Do not exceed recommended daily dose. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Suitable for vegetarians.
