I find this to be an excellent remedy for spasm-related pain. It works well for nerve pain, alternating with Kali Phos. Good for sudden cramp in the night, hiccups, coughs that are slow to clear up, eye strain.

Cocculus is mainly associated with the relief of travel sickness, and vertigo and I am not sure if it will have a positive effect with jet lag relief, but it is always worth a try and would cause no ill effect. I would suggest to suck 2 pills 2 hours before the flight and then 2 pills every 3 to 4 hours during the flight and 2 pills every 4 hours for 1 day after the flight
