Hello, I've been recommended this product for jet lag. can you advise how to take the product - when, dosage, frequency, etc. Thank you

Cocculus is mainly associated with the relief of travel sickness, and vertigo and I am not sure if it will have a positive effect with jet lag relief, but it is always worth a try and would cause no ill effect. I would suggest to suck 2 pills 2 hours before the flight and then 2 pills every 3 to 4 hours during the flight and 2 pills every 4 hours for 1 day after the flight
